Starting with an intense bouquet of lemon zest, the wine's attack is silky before zapping your taste buds with electric acidity. It has flavors of bright granny smith, underripe peach, a rock like minerality, and is absolutely refreshing. Of course, it is an amazing wine to sip on its own, but you'll knock it out of the park pairing it with a freshly made carbonara.
