Its exceptional exposure, location and terroir give it a unique character. Pica Broca means "Pic branche" in Occitan, and refers to the selection of the finest plots on the estate: old Grenache vines harvested at full maturity, with limited yields. Harvest is triggered on the basis of maturity checks, analysis of polyphenols contained in the grape skins, and daily tasting of the berries as harvest
