Constructed of silvered feinzink wreath

and green enamel with the Hungarian symbol of the white double cross perched on green mounds

When not in use the panels are rolled up and secured in place at the front by two black bakelite buttons which emanate from the right panel and meet an equal number of reinforced buttonholes on the left panel
